The same shape, all the way down. Zoom out and it's one tile; zoom in and it's the whole map again.

Simple on the surface. Infinite underneath.

That's the trick: one repeating shape means anyone can grasp the surface in seconds, while the depth scales without limit. The whole of Cloud9 is built from this single tile, repeated.
